Next is back in Nashville, TN at the Mind Body InstituteMarch 31st & April 1st for 14 CE's. The location is 2416 Music Valley Dr. #119. Call 1-615-885-1223 for details. Cost is $275.00 and includes a Sacro Wedgy starter set (1 male, 1 female, 1 neck support and a DVD - $73.00 value).

This is going to be a very informative class concentrating on accessing the psoas, piriformis and sartorious muscles in a gentle and very effective manner. Each student will first receive a full demonstration stressing the self care section and then begin working on each other with guidance from instructors.
